This past weekend at the Wisconsin Amateur Field Trial Club’s AKC hunt test I got to see one of my puppies run and receive her AKC Junior Hunter Title. Courtney had previously ran Dakota in 3 other tests in which they passed for 3/4 legs towards her Junior Hunter Title.
Before Dakota ran she got to see her brother Slammer. They were out of my Guilty and Norman 2019 breeding.
Dakota was all business going out to retrieve her land marks. She went right out and right back.
She passed on land so she was invited back to run water. She did excellent on water as well. This was her fourth pass for her AKC Junior Hunter Title.
Dakota’s friend Gauge ran all the same hunt tests as Dakota and received his Junior Hunter Title as well.
Congrats to Courtney and Dakota for a job well done. It was awesome watching one of my pups run a hunt test and title to boot! Thank you for playing the hunt test game with her.
