On New Year’s day Slammer and I visited evaluator Tom P and completed our UKC SPOT-ON (UKC equivalent of canine good citizen), AKC canine good citizen, trick dog novice, intermediate and advanced.
First was our UKC SPOT evaluation.
There were 10 stations that we needed to complete. If we did the stations perfect then we received the SPOT-ON status which we did.
Next was our AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluation.
We complete each of these 10 stations as well.
Next we did our AKC Trick Dog Novice evaluation. Since we completed our CGC we could use those as 5 of our tests, so we needed to complete 5 more tricks for the novice title.
We then did 10 more tricks for the intermediate title.
Finally we completed 10 more tricks for his Advanced title.
We had a fun day doing tricks and being a good citizen. Now I need to send in the paperwork with fees and Slammer will start his alphabet letters after his registered name.

Way to bring in the titles! Well done. Happy New Year indeed!
Congratulations. We don’t do UKC or tricks, but everyone has the sports they love to do 🙂
Those are so impressive! My boys can do a few tricks but can’t turn on a light!! Congratulations!!
Congratulations! Slammer has grown up so much, and we’re not surprised at how successful he is. Good Job!
