Bath Time For The Fugitives

The Fugitives got their first bath. My friend Gigi is the maker of Rainforest Coastal Labs Shampoo. I’ve been using this shampoo for a long time. Norman was the first Chesapeake model trying out the shampoo. I’ve been hooked ever since.

With bath hats on it was time to use the shampoo on the delicate puppy skin.

You only need a little dab of shampoo, it doesn’t foam up like other shampoo’s and rinses off with no residue.

Save if puppy licks before rinsed off.

Since the puppies are still small they got their bath in the kitchen sink.

They all handled the bath really well. Since you don’t need to use much shampoo it didn’t take long to rinse them.

Rainforest coastal labs shampoo gentle enough for puppies.

Sensitive Skin

The problem with most shampoos is that their chemical cleansers strip and wash away the natural skin, fur, and protective oils. Many products can even leave your hands feeling rough and dry after bathing your dog. Surprisingly, a dog’s epidermis has fewer layers and is more delicate than human skin. For many dogs this stripping leaves the skin permeable and vulnerable and the hair weak and fragile. This results in a dull, limp coat and red, bumpy, flaky, or itchy skin. Is your dog licking and scratching? Do they have hot spots? Is their coat missing that natural healthy shine?

Healthy Skin

Easy to use and made of the highest quality natural coconut and botanical oil-based cleansing ingredients, our dog conditioner is gentle, hypoallergenic, and entirely soap free. Our dog shampoo features a unique non-stripping formula fortified with rich conditioners and natural oils to leave your dog’s coat moisturized, silky, and healthy. I keep two gallons of this shampoo on hand at all times, I have one gallon in the house and one gallon in the shed. After hunting I bath the dogs this might happen once a day on the weekends as if they are muddy from hunting they get a bath before they come into the house. This shampoo doesn’t strip their natural oils off. Their coats stay in perfect condition.

The puppies all get a sample of the shampoo in their puppy go home bags. Give Gigi a call, message on Facebook or go to her website and place a order. If you have any questions she will gladly answer them.

Now don’t you think the fugitives make good bath models?

That is a lot of baths, but nice they fit in the sink. We need to get a bath here too, but with the mess outside, we are waiting. Mom is not a fan of giving us baths.

What’s cuter than a puppy? A puppy in a bath hat!! That shampoo sounds wonderful. I sure miss the days when I could put a dog up in the sink for a bath…that was much easier on my back! 🙂
