When we go to our friends pond the pond is surrounded by deep banks which means inclines when the dogs have to come out of the water and get back up on shore. By having the dogs do inclines it helps strengthen their upper body and well as their lower body as they need to use their back legs to really push them up the incline to the top. They also have to have strength in their neck to be able to hold the duck or bumper in their mouth. Great exercise all around.

Great workouts~I do think the gang loves the games of summer!
Great way to get in some important exercise and their training! They really do have to work hard to climb out of the water – and being soaking wet adds a little bit more challenge too! Thanks for joining the Hop.
