Frozen Tundra And Snow Fun

We are in a deep freeze here in WI the last time it was this cold was back in 1996. I don’t remember much about it being that cold back then but I do know it is very cold here now. This morning when John got up at 4 am to let the dogs out the thermometer read -18 F. I can deal with the snow (if it isn’t too much) but I really hate the cold! This weekend before the deep freeze I got some pictures of the gang in a couple of my favorite spots for pictures. Our pine trees and pampas grass. Here are the photos.

I’m also not a fan of this cold temperatures. It’s uncomfy when the cold bits you in your nose and cheeks. I think Gamblers has the same look like me in his eyes :o)

Beautiful shots – love all the snow muzzles. Jack would sure like to borrow some of that snow I think…although he’s got such a California coat, he would be pretty darn cold.

And no complaints from the dogs posing in the cold. šŸ™‚

It’s 0 degrees out there now and Honey was rolling in the snow while Ginny was crunching on ice balls. Glad they were having fun. šŸ™‚

Beautiful Beautiful pictures. Can’t wait to see more. I got 2 new lenses (one a zoom and one a prime) and I am dying to try them but the weather is not cooperating. šŸ™‚
