One Wednesday on my day off after being gone for two days and the G team being crated for two days I was minding my own business printing out some quick information on buying a new car before I headed off to the dealer to put money down on a car when I hear a faint rrrrrrriiiiiippppppp in the background.

I was up in the loft area outside my bedroom and the door to the outside was open so the dogs could come and go as they please, the faint noise was coming from outside. I just knew it couldn’t be good when I recognize that sound. If you follow me on facebook you already know where this is going.

When I walked out on the deck this is what I seen and heard.

Once again Gman.

This is a fun boot.

The innocent bystanders were on the lawn.

When Gambler saw me, he ran off with the boot.

I didn’t do a thing.

Really I didn’t get into your purse either.

Ya wanna see my new chew toy?

The remnants.

Look what else was chewed up, where did that come from?

Oh yes, he was digging stuff out of my purse again.

The poor lone boot with no matching pair.

I set the lone boot on top of this hamper and now it is missing, who do you suppose took it?

I know you all thought Gman right away but you are wrong, Glory wanted to get into some mischief too!

Glory was a good girl and just helped me take the boot out to the garbage. Luckily Gman just destroyed the boot and didn’t eat any of it. Guess it’s time to go shopping for a new pair of winter boots.

    Oh no…I should not laugh…but that face! I am sure that a boot fetish is kinda kinky 🙂 the worse thing any of mine did was Forrest..he was sleeping in our room before we moved as he was stressing..i woke up to a sound I had never heard..bt knew what it was straight away…my bottom partial denture..in his goofy mouth….he looked hilarious..they were gnawed beyond repair…he had broken them in half..funny thing is..he dental mechanic said it happens all the time hahahaahah 🙂 oh well new boots it is then 😉 hugs Fozziemum x

    maybe Gambler tried to polish the boots with your cream? butt at least you have a reason to shop for new boots, that’s not bad :o) Easy is deep impressed, ya<swq32 <— and that's what he wrote as he beat with his paw on the keyboard, he said Gambler can read it :o)

    Oh my I should NOT be laughing at the antics of that boy Gman~~BUT, the things he comes up with to occupy his time OR pay his Mom back for having been gone are just too much. He is so funny, though I am sure, from having been in your place, that it isn’t funny to MOM!

    Sounds just like the work of Bailie. Mom works away and then hears some funny noises. Suddenly she remembers, that is not good as Bailie is around. Bailie is usually in the living room enjoying playing or chewing up something she is not supposed to!

    Oh my gosh!! What possessed him? I have a friend and she used to give her dog old shoes to chew on. Well in that instance the joke was on her as the dog couldn’t tell the difference between old and new shoes, but boots? Boots are the best!!!
