January 28th, 2018 was the open house for Nature’s Preserve Pet Care, this was the time for the public to stop on over and meet the new owners and staff while taking a tour of their new facility.
Nature’s Preserve Pet Clinic provides personalized, compassionate care for you and your pet. We are a full-service animal hospital, providing medical consultation, preventative care, complete laboratory services, diagnostic radiography, dentistry, surgery and more! Your pet’s treatment options will always be discussed with you.
If you live in Sun Prairie or the surrounding area and need a trusted veterinarian to care for your pets – you have come to the right place. Our compassionate veterinarians treat dogs, cats and some exotic species. We will provide our very best in veterinary care for your treasured companion!
Meet the new owners: Dr. Marty Greer and Dr. Dan Griffiths.
You probably have heard me talk about these owners before in some of my reproduction blog post because they also are the owners of the reproduction clinic I use for all my reproduction work Veterinary Village in Lomira, WI.
Staff:
- Dr. Nate LaHue, Associate Veterinarian
- Darlene Fairchild, Practice Manager
- Jamie Bislew, CVT
- April Neils, Receptionist
The open house tour started with either red or white wine, snacks though out the tour.
Beautiful flowers through out the clinic, April the receptionist looking something up for a potential client.
Dr. Nathaniel LaHue is the resident Veterinarian At Nature’s Preserve Pet Care.
Originally from California, he received his Bachelors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2009 and his DVM from Cornell University in 2013. He subsequently completed an internship at
Washington State University and received a Master’s in Preventive Veterinary Medicine from
UC Davis. In addition to living all around the US, he worked for a year in Botswana doing wildlife and human health research along with a little wildlife rehabilitation.
If your pet needs a prescription diet they can pick up a bag at the clinic.
The clinic has digital radiography. Crisp clean images while you wait. They will also be offering Ultrasounds.
The clinic has a full laboratory so if blood work is needed right away it can be done at the clinic with the results with in minutes, other laboratory diagnostics can be done as well. Coming soon will be in house progesterone testing, results the same day instead of waiting for the blood to be sent to an outside lab with results the next day. This will be great for the reproduction clients of Veterinary Village that come from far away, if Sun Prairie is closer they can have the pre breeding progesterone screenings done there and then the full reproduction work as in artificial insemination’s and c-sections at the Lomira clinic.

These lovely ladies did a wonderful job giving the tours and talking with us about the practice. Very informative and so pleasant.
Though out the tour you could sign up for a chance to win some Veterinary items for your pet.
Nature’s Preserve Pet Care is a up to date state of the art Veterinary clinic. It was very clean and well stocked with inventory that is needed to keep your pet healthy. All the staff members were pleasant to talk to and they offer a wide range of services including having K9 Corner grooming in facility. If your in need of a Veterinary clinic give this clinic a try.

Really good vet clinics are hard to find. We are lucky we found one a while back. Not all vets and clinics are created equal. Something we learned through trial and error when we first moved back from Germany.
What a terrific looking facility. Having a full service vet you trust to take care of our fur-babies is so impawtant. What a great place for folks in the area!
oh how great to have a clinic what can do all things if we are in need… we wish them lots of success and happy patients… btw: maybe our vet clinic should offer cheese and candy too then Mark hadn’t to drag & to carry Phenny in like a sack of potatoes ;O)))
That sure looks like a great place to take your pets, and what a nice open house they had!
