First geese oh the fall hunting season. Gambler and Glory had get fun retrieving them. There were four hunters and we got nine geese.

wow Gambler your tail looks like a victory flag … or a question mark… probably you will ask for more geese? I would like to hunt with you and in the evening we would have a giant bbq… :o)
Oh I wish we could hunt together it would be a grand time.

Are the geese in the pictures decoys? (Other than the ones being retrieved, of course!) Or are they dumb enough that they stick around with hunters nearby? I would expect the whole flock to take flight with the first gunshot…..
They have to be as excited as we are for football season! LOL!

Oh what fun! I’d love to be able to retrieve real birds, but my Humans don’t hunt any longer. Well, my Human Mama does with her camera, but of course that doesn’t result in a retrieve for me. (:
