Swimming Fun~FitDog Friday

More swimming fun from the Sand Spring Gang. They just love the water being a water breed dog and love to play in it when hot outside.

My mom doesn’t like retriever types who always want to play fetch, it makes her crazy, but she does really miss her Lab/Newf mix who loved to swim and would fetch anything she threw into the water for hours. That version of retrieving she does enjoy.

I wish Earl liked water! He doesn’t even like walking through puddles! I’m hoping Ethel will be more of a fan – water shots are so cool!

The dogs look like they’re having a great time. We have a koi pond, but it’s too small for our dogs so J is building a huge pond for the dogs. Hopefully we’ll be having fun like this next year 🙂

Hi Y’all!

I tried to get my Humans to come and visit y’all for the 4th but they have appointments here at the shore next week, so they refused to let me come. I’d love a cool refreshing swim with some playmates!

Great pictures and they look like they are having a great time. Mica hates fireworks and people around here set them off afternoon and evening so she will not be swimming. We are trying to convince Aspen it’s just noise so hopefully that works and he will have some fun. Have a great 4th:)
