This is what I did to yesterday’s Wordless Wednesday photo, I added some words, a favorite poem of mine. This poem is always going through my mind when I am out hunting with Norman.
This picture was taken this past Sunday when we took the gang to the pheasant farm. John took this picture of Norman and I walking side by side. He is my hunting buddy, my soulmate, my best friend.
I am going to do what Jodi Stone at Heart Like A Dog did and make this photo into a canvas print. She did a review for a company that will make canvas prints and posted it up on her blog. The photo’s that she had turned into a canvas turned out really nice. If you would read her review and see her canvas print hop on over to Heart Like A Dog and check it out.
Glory’s First Birthday
Tuesday was Glory’s first Birthday. I had to work that day so when I got home I quick whipped up the birthday cake recipe that I got from Misty Shores Chesapeakes and had a little party for Glory.
The gang loved Glory’s Birthday cake and they are sad that they have to wait until May for the next Birthday.
A needle in a haystack – or Glory?
I still have not found that darn needle. All the dogs are doing well so it must be in my couch somewhere’s.
Gamblers mom is QAA.
Gambler’s mom HRCH Hope Springs Dowry MH *** “Fatty” took 1st at North Alabama Retriever Club O/H Qualifying on November 9th 2012. She is QAA (qualified all age) now! And his Sister Punkin passed a Master test at 18 months old. Way to go!
Opps hope no one sits on it. Love the green eyes just right for Halloween. Have a terrific Thursday.
Best wishes Molly
I like the picture of you and Norman hunting, but I love the picture of Glory with her birthday hat on. Too cute! Happy birthday Glory. Congrats to Fatty on being QAA.
Oops and I also meant to say thanks for participating in This ‘N That Thursday. 🙂
Glad Glory had such a great birthday, one is getting so big. That is a great picture of you and Norman and will make such a great canvas print 🙂
