The co-hosts for Barks And Bytes are Linda from 2browndawgs and Jodi from Heart Like A Dog. 
The Barks:
You will never guess who the Sand Spring gang finally got to meet??????????Give up????????????
We met and spent the weekend with non other than Linda from 2browndawgs and the host to Thursday Barks And Bytes Blog Hop. We also met her husband Jim and their youngest dog Freighter. Their breeder was traveling with them to so we got to met Cindy and Sonny (Freighter’s Sister). What a joy it was to finally put a face to a name and finally get to meet someone with the same love for their Chessies. We all attended The Bill Hillman seminar and then it was a gathering at my house for some water training, pizza, beer and some good stories.
I only took these 4 photos of Freighter and Jim.

I had a blast this weekend with our new friends and it is just too bad that we don’t live closer.
The Bytes:
This past Sunday was Mother’s Day. Here are the 2 pictures I had John take of me and my kids. (You will notice there is a blackie in the bunch, this is my step child who belongs to my bestie. His name is Dug and I am Dug sitting for the next couple of weeks).

Another video that you definitely have to watch. If you think Gambler is badass now you should of seen him and his two sisters YoYo and Punkin when they were all baby’s being badass babies.

    Thanks so much for joining the hop. It was so nice to meet you too. We had the best time! Those pictures of Freighter and Jim are wonderful. My pictures of Glory are not nearly as good. 🙂 The video had me cracking up. I guess we saw a little of that on Sunday…lol.

    OK…in the slideshow, the photo of the puppy in the water with the bumper…is that GMan?!? That has got to be one of the cutest photos ever!! I always wondered if you and 2 Brown Dawgs knew each other…you both have the same passion for the Chessie breed so it is great you finally got to meet and hang out! *high paws* to that. I must run over and see Molly’s Share it Sunday post; I missed it…but I did see MK on SlimKitty!!!

    OMG what a battlefield! Even Easy is deep impressed and pulled off his hat! What was happen with the eye of the pup? It’s great to meet one of the blogging friends, I hope you had a super time together :o) (Easy said he will watch your video again, that’s better than a Stephen King movie :o)
