Today’s Valentine themed week post is Valentine Pheasant Cut Out Cookies.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 C Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 C Pheasant broth
Mix all ingredients together, kneed, roll out and cut out shapes.
Bake in oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Our pups would probably be intrigued by the pheasant broth ingredient….very interesting, and the cookies look delicious!
Unless I learn how to catch pheasant….I will have to use chicken broth, but I LOVE that you Chessies put your own spin on these cookies!
