Day 3 was Tuesday September 27, 2016. Another day of getting up at 3:30 am to get ready, eat breakfast, load up and hit the fields to put the decoys out. All the dogs got to do some retrieving as the birds were flying pretty good. Our numbers were on the up! Gambler, Glory and Guilty were on the camera this day.
 
Today’s total: 20 snows, 5 canadas, 4 mallards, 1 pintail for a total of 30 birds.
You all need to get over here and hunt all the rotten Canadian Geese we have. They are beautiful, but they are so mean and make such a mess. They have hunting season just for them in August because of the nuisance!
