There’s No I In Team

If you have been reading my blog for a while now or know me you know that I have been a Veterinary Technician for over 25 years, I have been working at Harmony Pet Clinic in Waukesha, WI for over 15 years since it’s birth in 2002. Each time I have had a litter 6 so far in 11 years the staff at HPC has been exceptional to giving me time off to birth the puppies, stay with the puppies for the first two weeks and all the days off during the 8 week process of raising the litters. When I have a problem and need to bring someone in they are always there to help me out. On the big day of the puppies vet exams and vaccinations they are all willing, ready and able to pitch in where needed.

The niners first car ride.

1 1/2 hr car ride to the clinic.

When I got to the clinic the staff members were their waiting to take the little soldiers into the clinic. When you have 8 of them it’s a hand full to get each into the building. Each staff member grabbed two and let them potty and then took them into the clinic.

The help full staff.

The assembly line.

Hanging out in their new room.

Dr. Mary examining the niners. Looking in their eyes.

Checking their ears.

Palpating the abdomen.

Looking at their teeth.

Listening to the heart.

The other technician Marg helping out.

Their examinations were excellent! They got weighed, dewormed and their first vaccination.

Staff members visited through out the day.

The day went smoothly thanks to all the excellent staff members at HPC. I work with a great group of people and I can’t thank them enough for all that they did to help me out with the niners. It takes a village to make sure the pets get the best care and we have that at HPC. I couldn’t of done all this without you all so THANK YOU!!

Settled in back at home.

That must have been the best part of their day! What a funny video. I hope you don’t mind that I shared it on my FB page. It cracked me up.
