This ‘N That Thursday

Today we join our friends at the 2 Brown Dawgs blog for This ‘N That Thursday.
“This ‘N That Thursday is for those times when you want to post about unrelated topics or each topic isn’t quite long enough to make up a whole post. It can be anything you want, so feel free to grab the button and join us!”

Today for This ‘N That Thursday I have a collection of photos that I took while training a bit last weekend. I wanted to work on some water blinds with Gambler so we had to go train below the dam where there is open water. There isn’t very much open water here as it is still cold and ice on the lakes. Gambler did very well with his blind. Glory did very well with her marks.

Thanks for participating in TNT. If you haven’t already, make sure to add your link. We are happy tp have you! 🙂 I am going to try to get my post up earlier next week to make the link available earlier.

Those are fabulous pictures. Great action shots. Thunder is always getting tangled in decoys because he is so big. It is funny how that works. I like the reflection of the dog in the water in the picture third from bottom.

Is the open water cold? We haven’t been in the water yet. Last week the pond at our trainers still had ice on it. We might hit 50 this weekend. Might.

Those are some great photos! We don’t have a lot of places like that around here, at least not where the dogs can go. Does the cold water bother them?

The cold water doesn’t bother them. They love the water so they don’t mind. We need to get training in the water so that was the spot. They only did 2 retrieves then they were done.
