Today we are joining 2 Brown Dawgs for their This ‘N That Thursday’s blog hop!

This is what she has to say about the hop,

A little of this and a little of that and everything in between…
“This ‘N That Thursday is for anything you want! Maybe you want to post about unrelated topics, or each topic isn’t quite long enough to make up a whole post, or you have awards to share, or you have one long post…anything goes! So grab the button and join the hop!”

I know your not suppose to thank a thank you but I wanted say thank you to our hostess of TNT for the surprise package I got in the mail today. I’ve only been actively blogging this year and between my blog and facebook I have met some super nice people. I have met a handful in person and the other ones I met online and message now and then and consider them  friends that I hope to meet up with one day. What a super group of people, thank you for all that you all do!

My surprise package.

This is a really cool toy.

This is a really cool toy.

We had a great trip to Saskatchewan to hunt snow geese. We got back safely and I am trying to catch up on reading all past blog posts. I will share my trip with you all later after I get caught up on things. Minus the Monday Mischief the dogs had a great time hunting. Glory did so well on her first hunting trip.

The birds were numerous.

For those of you who are fans of Gambler J Stancer on Facebook you might of seen his post about sitting on the cat perch while we had company over the other night so he could get closer to the table. No dog was harmed during this reenactment. I swear Gambler could be a stunt double, he does such a great job doing what I ask him to do for pictures.

Mom didn’t want to try the third level and I’m glad that might of been harry.

A little of that:

One fatality while left alone in the house for 10 days. Not sure who did it but grandma blamed it on the cat.

MK destruction.

Another thank you goes out to a fellow blogger today. I won another giveaway. I won the Pruven giveaway by Gizmo Terrier Torrent, you can read about his review on their product and the giveaway here.

I came home from vacation and there was a box awaiting me. I had no idea what it could of been.

What could be in here?

What could be in here?

When I opened the box up and saw the Pruven products I remembered then that I won that giveaway. I was excited to see what they all sent.

Since Gambler makes the most messes he gets to model.

We got a really cool bandanna, some poop bags and holder (everyone can always use more poop bags for scoop that poop), scratch protection film (I haven’t used the protection film yet) think it will be really cool though as I have a window ledge that is scratched up from the dogs putting their paws on it and Pruven Enzymatic Stain & Odor Remover.

First thing I tried was the Enzymatic Stain & Odor Remover. Gambler being the intact male that he is and marking in the house on things that he shouldn’t like the couch and making a big mess of it gave me opportunity to try out Pruven’s product.

The bottom of the couch that I have cleaned before with other cleaners.

The bottom of the couch that I have cleaned before with other cleaners.

The dogs lay up against the couch when they are wet and grimy, Gambler has marked the corner of the couch. I’ve used other cleaners on it and this is how it looks now. I sprayed it down with the Pruven Enzymatic Stain & odor remover (I’ll be honest and let you know I didn’t read the label first to find out if it was safe to use on suede like surfaces) and rubbed it with a cloth. It had a small cleaning smell coming from the couch as I cleaned it. Once the couch was dry it didn’t smell anymore and the urine odor was gone too.

I think it did a pretty good job at getting whatever stain was on the couch off. No more white stain to the right of the couch. I think it did a fantastic job and would highly recommend it.

Pruven products are Gambler tough!

So that wraps it up for today, why don’t you hop on over to 2 Brown Dawgs see what their up to and grab the badge and join the hopping fun!

Doesn’t this guy look like a fun loving guy? I sure hope he gets adopted soon.

ABOUT ROCKY

Meet Rocky, the newest member of CRROW. Rocky was 2 in June. He is all up to date on his shots, is neutered, and has his micro chip. Rocky is house trained and crate trained. He loves people and loves kids, and is even ok with cats. He would do best being the only dog in the home, although he gets along ok with an older female at foster. He is dominate over the other younger dogs at the home . Rocky is working on leash training and the “leave it” command now. Rocky has a lot of energy that needs to be harnessed to be happy and well behaved. He is very much puppy like in that respect.. An owner with previous Chessie experience who likes to run or walk or play with him in a fenced yard(fence required) would be the best fit for him. He is a typical young Chessie that needs a job to do.

MORE ABOUT ROCKY

Thanks so much for participating in TNT! I am back from the land of limited 3G and catching up now on my blog reading so I will be skipping around. 🙂

I just cracked up when I saw that Glory had stolen MK’s toy. Poor MK had a week and no toy to make her feel better. Hope your guys enjoyed the treats. I was so scattered last week before vacation I forgot to get a box to put the stuff in so I had to root around at the post office and the box they had was too big. I am glad the stuff made it there in one piece. 🙂

I am going to have to try that Pruven stuff. My issue is usually puke or worse on the carpet. lol
