Sara – Adoptable 2 yr old spayed, female Chessie
Hi! My name is Sara. Everyone tells me I am a pretty girl. I love life and love to go for walks and runs and I love to play with my toys in the yard. I am 2 1/2 years old, but still very much puppy. I really need my exercise each day.
I love people, but am a bit too much for small kids. I am fine with people coming to my house, and any people I meet on walks etc. I do well with other dogs after proper introductions but I can get over excited if I am around a bunch of dogs. I play well at doggie daycare with up to 3 other dogs. CRROW requires I have a fenced yard in my new home. I would do best alone in my home, but I get along well with my foster brother.
My foster mom calls me a clown, as I do keep things interesting. I have to have a soft blankie to cuddle and suck on. I am crate trained, but sleep with my foster mom at night. I get along with my foster brother. I am told I am a real Chessie personality who will do well with an experienced Chessie person or another who is consistent and fair,.
I am current on all of my shots, and am microchipped and spayed. I have spay incontinence but it is fine with an inexpensive medication from my vet (cost is less than $10/month). I have excellent manners on my walks, and like car rides. I love to snuggle. I also like to swim and love to play in the hose water.
If you are looking for a girl who likes to have fun, I might be the one for you.

What a lovely dog, just the sort of dog many people are looking for. You presented her so well.
I am so happy that you highlighted Sara. She is wonderful, and I hope she finds a loving forever home very, very soon. I just know she will.
sARA is a beauty! I hope she finds a home soon. Down where I live a full Chessie like her would be picked up in a second!
Sara is lovely! Sharing.
I have found out that if you share on facebook you don’t get as many views as if you post it yourself. I am thinking about doing a post on my blog at the end of the week featuring all of the dogs and cats that were on Tuesday’s Tails, linking to each of the other bloggers and then posting each one separately on facebook. What do you think and if you are okay with this please let me know by commenting on my blog! That way I will get the reply and will know if it is okay to put your featured animal in my post!
works for me

She seems like a fun pup…with her whole life ahead of her. And yeah, the spay incontinence is no biggie…Meadow has it too and her meds do the trick. Hope Sara finds a home soon!
P.S. Great idea deciding to feature Chessies since they’re your “heart” breed. 🙂
Thank you! I hope she does find a home too. And yes spay incontinence is easily treated.

Okay girl this is getting scary how much we think alike, I had been thinking about doing the same thing. I missed the hop this past week, busy moving stuff to storage. Great job on this post and I hope she finds her forever home real soon, she sounds like a lovely girl 🙂
LOL again great minds think alike.

She is gorgeous, I have no Chessie experience (unless you count all the Chessie blogs I read.) but I hope she finds a home.
