Dr. Glory spreading the awareness.

Do your part in antimicrobial resistance by following your Veterinarian’s orders on the the prescription label for antibiotics and other medications. If you don’t follow the instructions on the label for antibiotics and stop too soon your pet can develop resistance against that medication. If given long term they may develop resistance to the medication as well. Any questions during the administration of any medication contact your Veterinarian. If any vomiting, diarrhea or other side effects noted get on the phone and find out what you should do.

Do your part to help fight Antimicrobial Resistance.

Mom is real careful about her own meds and ours. We don’t take antibiotics unless there is no other way as we don’t want to ruin the way they work. They are used far too much on humans and animals these days. Thank you for posting this.

We are diligent about instructions from our vet, be it with regard to prescribed medication or other medical treatment, figuring they know far more than we do. Our job is to provide background info so they can use their expertise to treat the pups. Happy weekend!

We take our medications very carefully. I also check and read before giving my boys any medications. I failed to do that with a med and my Golden suffered the consequences.

It’s great to have a day for those that work so hard to help us keep our pets healthy. We always follow the vet’s and label instructions completely!
