Walk Your Dog Blog Hop~Saskatchewan Escapades

Today I am joining up with Paws and Pedals (AKA FitDog101) and Boingy Dog for their Walk Your Dog Hop held the first Monday of the month.

My Walk Your Dog post is going to be on Saskatchewan Escapades. Since I have hunting dogs most of the time we are out hunting and not on a leash. They are on a leash and tied down when we are sitting in our blind but when it comes time to retrieve a bird they are off leash and then the fun begins. Here are some photos of the dogs retrieving birds in Saskatchewan.

If there is a good day of hunting our dogs get to get many retrieves in and the picture looks like this.

After all those retrieves sometimes you just have to take a sit for a moment.

The real beauty is seen in the sky’s above the beauty of the running dogs.

Even know the dogs aren’t on a leash and being walked they are still out getting exercise and I am enjoying the beautiful scenery. My favorite hunts happen in Saskatchewan. Hope you enjoyed Walk You Dog blog hop and my Saskatchewan Escapades.

Lovely photos! I am pretty sure your dogs live the best, most fulfilled lives of all the dogs I follow via blogs. They are SO lucky as are you! What a life!

WoW. I think that your ‘outdoor’ event fits in fine with the Walk your dog BlogHop. You’re all outside & getting plenty of exercise & thats all that really counts!! Some great shots there & can’t believe how big your haul was at the end of one of your hunts. Would’ve kept the dogs busy for sure. Thanks for joining us 🙂

I love seeing photos of dogs doing their work. Your dogs are so lucky to be able to do what they were bred to do. Beautiful photos.

That certainly was a good day…wow! I can see why you love that place, it’s beautiful, and your photos really show the beauty and the great time that the dogs have.
